Corrections

Before a recipe goes up, it's tested in a kitchen and its regional background is checked against what's publicly documented, yet a quantity still gets mistyped now and then, and some culinary history stays genuinely disputed even among people raised on the dish in question. Use this form rather than a passing comment when something looks off, since a submission here is logged and reviewed rather than easily lost.

What's useful to include

  • The page address or the recipe's name.
  • Exactly what seems wrong — a quantity, a step, a stated time, or a claim about a dish's origin.
  • A reason for believing it's wrong, and a source if one happens to be at hand.

The full review process behind these decisions is laid out on the Editorial Policy page.
